Double screw port interface design, can be easily connected to the syringe, ensures proper operation under 6 kg pressure, no burrs on the glue outlet to ensure smooth dispensing and no glue dragging phenomenon.

The appropriate hardness of needle tip, can make the dispensing process clear and precise, but also no worries of scratching to fragile workpiece.

The 0.3mm thickness design can help achieve the most accurate positioning in the dispensing process.

Wear-resistant materials made of needles can effectively extend the operation life of the needle. If you have special requirements for the color of the needles or other parts, we can customize them for you.

High-precision stainless steel tube, after advanced processing for internal and external precision polishing, and then after more than 3 times of ultrasonic cleaning, completely eliminated burrs, and completely clean the inside of the needle, never contaminate the glue. The insertion part of the syringe uses advanced infiltration process, coupled with high-strength UV adhesive, ensures that the connection part of the syringe will never fall off.The large flat surface screw-in design, coupled with a precise fit with the syringe, the dispensing process is easy and fast, ensures absolute safety under the pressure of 6 kilograms. The special base material is able to shield the UV rays, ensuring that the expensive UV adhesive is not wasted in the needle during the production process.
